Requirements for the Application of Electronic Management in Education Monitoring From the Point Of View of Administrative Leaders

An Applied Study on Education Monitoring in the Municipality of Janzour

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the availability of the requirements for the application of electronic management in the monitoring of education in the municipality of Janzour, and to achieve this goal, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and used the questionnaire form as the main tool in collecting data, which consisted of (33 ) paragraphs distributed over the fields ( administrative, human, technical, financial, security and legislative), the study concluded that the monitoring of education in the municipality of Janzour, financial, security and legislative).

The results of the study revealed that there were no significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the estimates of the study sample on the availability of requirements for the application of electronic management attributed to variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience, job title), and the study recommended work to provide the necessary infrastructure for the application of electronic management, as well as attention to the provision of programs and systems of protection of data and information and ensure their confidentiality, and allocate an independent budget for the adoption and application of electronic management includes technical, training and operational costs.
