Application of AI in human resources planning processes

This study aimed to identify the most important applications of artificial intelligence used in the process of human resource planning in the United Arab Emirates, China, and Singapore. The study seeks to answer a central question: What are the applications of artificial intelligence used in the process of human resource planning? The study relied on descriptive and comparative methodologies and reached several conclusions, the most significant of which is that artificial intelligence can support governments in making the most important strategic decisions at the national level.
The study also reached a number of recommendations, including the importance of benefiting from international experiences and enhancing international cooperation to bridge the digital gap, as well as organizing scientific conferences to discuss the feasibility of applying artificial intelligence in all government sectors. Additionally, the study recommended the implementation of a set of policies to prepare the country for a digital culture as a comprehensive strategic vision that contributes to encouraging society to accept artificial intelligence applications and deal with its implications, whether positive or negative
